What is: CHAKRA ENERGY WORK

Chakra Energy Work is a powerful spiritual based energy self healing practice, that interacts with the souls energy field and chakra system. It combines spiritual energy, intuitive insight, reiki, yoga and shamanic tools, techniques and practices. All of which have the power to effect deep and lasting change.

Chakra Energy Work views the mind / body / spiritual interconnection as holographic and energetic in nature. Our purpose is to gently interact with the holographic energy field, to free up THE impurities, congestion and blocks that have caused challenge in the body, held back our personal / spiritual growth and limited the life we really desire. We then permanently free the cause of these blocks either energetically or more deeply in the chakra system.

Within the chakra system we discover the archetypes of the soul personality and its lessons in this life. Intuitive insight leads us inwards through the chakras and the bodies energy field, towards the resolution we seek. Once found we are able to relinquish the cause, allowing the energy to freely flow once more. This then empowers the holographic self to find greater balance and integrity, supporting improved physical, mental and emotional well-being.

In addition we reconnect to the Source or God self, to boost and affirm the changes we seek. Using consciousness and hands off spiritual self healing techniques, we little by little surrender our internal blocks, facilitating a return to energetic flow, and a greater sense of ease. This is a deepening of internal peace, joy and compassion. Chakra Energy work is a gentle yet profound system of subtle energy work, spiritual self healing and deep stress reduction, effecting positive and profound change.
