What is: THE CORE FORGIVENESS TECHNIQUE™

Core forgiveness is a powerful technique that helps you free yourself from life's challenges and difficulties. Through awareness you are able to uncover the original cause of the challenge. You discover the story created about your self and your life. A story that reveals a core belief with an underlying emotional charge. This is the original energy that gave birth to the challenge in your life.

We are then able to understand the 'truth' or 'untruth' of the situation; misperceptions and misunderstandings carried forward into the present time. In that moment of ‘aha’ we experience FORGIVENESS for our self and all those concerned. As the emotional charge is released, we are able to experience true compassion for the situation. With compassion the energy of the original cause begins to dissipate, thus liberating us from our current life challenge.
