How to: DEEPLY RELAX AND LET GO
Many of us are so stressed out today that it has become difficult to completely relax and let go. Soul Solutions naturally help you deeply relax and let go of all your tension and worry.
For some people a helpful technique is to scan the body, contracting and relaxing each and every muscle group, as you move your awareness slowly up your body. Using deep slow belly breaths the body begins to relax and let go, relinquishing all tightness and tension.

Then consciously give yourself permission for this to occur and just allow yourself to be. No judgment or self criticism. You can also take physical action. This could be achieved by burning a piece of paper or a symbol representing the challenge. Essentially we let go mentally, emotionally and physically. This can be applied to any circumstance or situation in life. We then fill ourselves with that which we desire, using our imagination, our thoughts, our feelings and actions to affirm our new intention.
