How to: DREAM RECALL
Directing and remembering your dreams can be a helpful problem solving tool. The most important factor is to set a clear intention just before falling asleep. Simply repeat to yourself ‘I clearly remember and understand my dreams.’ You may ask for a specific challenge or difficulty to be resolved. Either way ask yourself to remember your dreams directly after they occur or in the morning upon awakening.
Remembering your dreams in the morning can be the least disruptive to your sleep cycle. Have pen and paper ready to record your experience. Dreams speak to you in images, voices, feelings, symbols and archetypes. Each persons dream language is somewhat unique and can be recalled and understood with practice.
